The company has invested £300,000 in new plant and machinery including a new state-of-the-art tube bending machine.
Based at new purpose-built factory at Crosshills Business Park, Keighley, Platinum Rails is a nationwide company which has been reconditioning curved stairlifts for more than ten years.
Platinum Stairlifts Managing Director Tim Frear said: "We have enjoyed terrific growth over the past couple of years and have expanded our operations significantly during that period.
"This latest investment will provide the business with a robust platform for further growth and open up new markets for us. It also means we can be much more responsive to our customers' needs particularly in the manufacture of custom made stairlift rails - an area in which we excel."
Platinum Stairlifts offers a comprehensive stairlift service including detailed technical surveys; professional stairlift installations and warranty schemes.
Platinum Stairlifts is a member of the British Healthcare Trades Association and works to the highest standards as set out by the quality assurance mark BSI 9001.
The new electric DataBend tube bending machine is clean and quiet, operating with reduced running and maintenance costs. It has a sophisticated programming control allowing Platinum Rails to develop greater positional control producing high quality bends.
